✨Saturday: Nourish

In our modern world, it's easy to overlook the essential role of energy, instead focusing on other resources such as time or money. However, when our energy is depleted, it affects every aspect of our lives. Day one of the retreat offers you a rare chance to nourish yourself by hitting pause and get curious about this important resource.

Using mind, body, and spirit as our framework, we’ll explore:

-ways to identify what energizes you and what depletes you

-how your values and purpose are linked to energy

-different practices that can aid in energy awareness and nourishment

🌻Sunday: Flourish

On day two of our retreat, we’ll explore the profound ways in which our energy intertwines with that of others. We'll uncover how the energies of those around us can uplift or drain us, and explore ways you can play an active role in protecting and managing this crucial resource.

Using mind, body, and spirit as our framework, we’ll explore:

-ways to manage and work with the ebbs and flows of your energy

-the different types of rest

-real and practical ways to make sustainable change in your life

😎The Vibe

On both days you’ll have the chance to participate at your own pace and comfort level with a variety of interactive and hands-on sessions.

Optional opportunities for gentle movement (think a reflective stroll by the ocean) will be sprinkled in, so keep that in mind as you’re picking out your retreat outfit.

You can also expect some time for individual reflection, to connect with others, and soak in the scenery. This is YOUR time and space so show up however you’ll be comfortable, as long as you don’t forget to bring along your curiosity!

🍽️ The Food

What would be a retreat on the topic of energy without nourishing food? The yumminess will be heavily plant-based and focused on using sustainable & seasonal ingredients. You can expect some light snacks to start your day and nibble on throughout. During the middle of our time together enjoy a thoughtfully and intentionally designed lunch. You're also invited to join us for a dinner on Saturday night.
