Ways to Gather
Knomii offers a few simple ways to connect — in circles, workshops, and seasonal retreats. Each offering is designed to support reflection, creativity, and belonging, with enough structure to feel held and enough space to feel like you.
Soul Sanctuary Circles
Soul Sanctuary Circles are small, in-person gatherings for reflection, creativity, and shared presence. We open gently, slow down together, and make room for what's real — through guided prompts, creative practice, and honest conversation. You can participate quietly or share more. Everything is invitational.
Embodied Experiences
Shorter offerings that support presence through the body — movement, sound, nature-based practices, and creative exploration. These may stand alone or complement the circles.
Seasonal Retreats
Spacious, in-person experiences for deeper restoration and integration — a chance to step out of daily pace and return to what matters.
Soul Sanctuary Circles
Soul Sanctuary Circles are small, in-person gatherings held over time for reflection, creativity, and shared presence. These circles form a steady rhythm within the Knomii community — a place to return to, slow down together, and practice being present with one another.
Each gathering follows the natural cadence of the season, weaving together gentle somatic awareness, reflective practices, and thoughtful witnessing. Participation is always invitational. You’re welcome to share, listen, or simply be present in whatever way feels right.
The circle offers space for connection to unfold gradually, held by continuity, care, and shared attention. Over time, trust and familiarity emerge — reminding us that meaningful change happens in relationship, not in isolation.
Soul Sanctuary Circles are offered selectively and kept intentionally small, so the space remains grounded, relational, and well-held.

Nourish & Flourish
Nourish & Flourish is an annual, in-person retreat held in late spring — a time of emergence, renewal, and gentle expansion.
This retreat offers space to slow down, be nourished, and reconnect with what’s ready to grow. Over the course of our time together, we gather in rhythm with the season through shared presence, creative ritual, time with nature, and unhurried conversation.
Rather than pushing for change, Nourish & Flourish invites a different pace — one that honors rest, reflection, and the quiet unfolding of insight. It’s a space for those longing to step out of daily momentum and spend meaningful time together, grounded in connection and care.
This retreat is held with intention and offered selectively, keeping the group intimate and wellheld.

Embodied Gatherings
Creativity
Embodied Creativity gatherings offer a gentle way to slow down and come back into yourself through simple, hands-on creative practice. These seasonal gatherings create space to move, make, and explore in ways that feel natural and unhurried.

All Welcome
There is no right way to participate and no expectation to create something “good.” The emphasis is on being present with the process — noticing, experimenting, and allowing meaning to emerge on its own.
No prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to arrive, follow your curiosity, and spend some time in shared presence.

Seasonal
Seasonal Retreats are longer-form, in-person gatherings that offer time away from daily life to slow down, reconnect, and integrate what matters.
Held in alignment with the seasons, these retreats unfold at an unhurried pace and are offered selectively, when the timing feels right for the community.
Retreat enrollment opens to Sanctuary members first, with remaining spaces offered to the wider community.

Community Facilitation
Community Facilitation is offered for groups who want support in coming together with intention. I collaborate with existing communities to design and facilitate retreats, workshops, and shared gatherings that encourage reflection, connection, and thoughtful conversation.
Each engagement is shaped in partnership with the group, honoring its unique rhythm, culture, and purpose. Whether supporting a single gathering or a longer arc of connection, my role is to hold a steady, attentive container — allowing people to slow down, listen more deeply, and relate to one another with greater care.
This work draws on both lived experience and professional training, and is grounded in the belief that meaningful gatherings happen when people feel supported, present, and connected to one another.
